LAURA PATRICIA YEE is the managing partner of the San Francisco office of Knott & Glazier LLP. She is an experienced civil litigator with practice areas focused in product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, and unfair business practices. Ms. Yee supervises the firm’s toxic tort practice group in San Francisco and manages multiple asbestos matters nationwide. Over the past fifteen years, Ms. Yee has defended thousands of product liability cases and participated in over 75 trials and in numerous arbitrations and mediations. Representative clients include manufacturers and suppliers of aircraft, rocket propulsion systems, helicopters, marine vessels, marine and industrial turbines, passenger coaches, gaskets, packing, steam valves, HVAC equipment, hoists, chemical pumps and building construction products.

Ms. Yee received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Performing Arts from San Francisco State University in 1989 and a Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1992. During college, she managed a local Chinese restaurant where she learned to speak Cantonese. During law school, she owned and operated an automotive detailing business. Ms. Yee is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California. She is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the San Francisco Bar Association.
